Privacy policy

• Profile: name, e-mail address, city, phone, profile type.
• Adverts: all the vehicle details you enter, including photos and description.
• Technical: IP address (hashed when a phone number is shown), browser type, time of access.
• For dealers: name, location and contact details of the dealer.

We don't collect payment details directly. If we add online payment, card details are handled by the processor, not us.

• The content of the active advert: vehicle, price, photos, description, city.
• Your name as the seller (or the dealer's name).
• The phone number, once a visitor clicks “Show number”.

Your e-mail address no is public. Adverts that are pending, paused or rejected are not visible to anyone but you and the administrators.

• To provide the service: posting and showing adverts (performance of contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including limiting how often a phone number is shown (legitimate interest).
• To send you notifications about your profile or advert.
• To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

Податоците се чуваат кај Google (Firebase / Google Cloud) во регионот europe-west3, Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Union. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both companies act as processors on our instructions.

• Active adverts: for as long as they are active.
• Removed adverts: up to 30 days, so they can be restored after a mistake and kept as a record for reports.
• Profile: for as long as it exists. After deletion, the profile data is removed.
• Rate-limiting records: up to 2 days.

You have the right to:

• request a copy of the data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate data
• request deletion of your profile and adverts
• object to processing based on legitimate interest

We use a cookie to keep your session going after you log in. It is essential for the site to work and is not used for tracking. Saved vehicles are stored locally in your browser.

Once we turn on Google Analytics, it sets its own cookies to measure how many people use the site and how; that data goes to Google.

If we switch on an advertising system, it may set its own cookies and you will be told about that separately.
