Terms of use

mobile24.mk is an online vehicle classifieds site. We are an intermediary: we show the adverts, but we are not a party to the sale, we do not own the vehicle and we do not guarantee its condition, its history or the accuracy of the details entered by the seller.

• You must be at least 18 to post adverts.
• You're responsible for your profile details being accurate and for keeping your password secret.
• One profile is for one person or one legal entity. Extra profiles to get around package limits are not allowed.
• E-mail confirmation is required before publishing an advert.

You may not post an advert that:

• contains false details about the vehicle, including false mileage
• uses someone else's photos or description without permission
• contains someone else's number
• offers a vehicle that doesn't exist or isn't yours and that you're not authorised to sell
• is a duplicate of an advert you already have
• isn't about a vehicle

Adverts go through moderation. We can reject, pause or remove an advert that breaks these rules, with no refund if the breach is obvious and deliberate.

The photos and description you upload stay your property. By publishing them you give us a non-exclusive right to show them on mobile24.mk and in promotion of the site itself, while the advert is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in cache and archive.

You guarantee that you have the rights to the content you upload.

The price check is an automatic estimate based on asking prices for similar vehicles. It's not an official valuation, not an expert appraisal and not advice on buying or selling. We're not responsible for decisions based on it.

• Prices are in denars, VAT included.
• The package runs for the stated period from activation.
• Unused days aren't refunded if you remove the advert yourself.
• If an advert is rejected because of a technical problem on our side, the period is extended.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or that an advert will lead to a sale. We are not liable for damage arising from a deal between a buyer and a seller, or for content posted by users.

This does not limit your rights as a consumer under Macedonian law.

We may change these terms. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. Disputes that can't be settled by agreement fall to the competent court in Skopje.
